History: The College of Accounting and Administration, University of Aveiro has its origin in the academic year 1966/67 with the creation of the Middle School of Commerce Aveiro, private school designed to train accountants. However, the students had to carry out tests at the Instituto Comercial Porto. This, in the academic year 1970/71, was authorized by Decree Law no. 440/71
