The School Gallaecia

The School Gallaecia (ESG) is established by the Foundation Convent of Oratory (FCO), Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Protection of the Architectural Heritage. The Foundation is governed by its statutes, has been recognized in Diário da Republica, in the 3rd Series, No. 284, December 10, 1988. Since opening in 1992, the School Gallaecia has gradually been improving its contribution for quality university education in the region, the development of post-graduate and post-training, support to populations in support unconditional scientific research and scientific publications in national and international cooperation and active in the organization of cultural events. The School Gallaecia (ESG) has been recognized by the demand, quality and rigor in training their graduates. It is the few schools cross-border university, not only for its location but also because a portion of its faculty and student be Galician. Its main features are the personalized teaching and the close relationship existing between heritage, environment and the arts, taught in undergraduate, taking constant attention, the integration of man in the middle.
